Port de la Rague, the closest harbour to the house, less than 5 minutes by car.

The access to the sea is "traffic-jam free" as you access the port through

a semi-private road.

Port of La Napoule just 5 min by car from the house. La Napoule has a great

"boulangerie" and deli.

Theoule is 5 min by car from the house going towards the west. Theoule

has very cosy beaches and amazing restaurants where you can eat with

your feet in the water.

And for all the keen golfers, the beautiful golf of Mandelieu Riviera

is visible from the house.
