The house was fully renovated in 2009 and benefits from all the modern comforts of a luxury home.

In the main house, there are 4 bedrooms with a double bed, and another room that can be used as a study or as a bedroom (with a single bed).

Each of these rooms have a bathroom (see Floor Map).
